As a loyal Farmers Insurance customer for 25 years, I had no claims, and paid a yearly homeowners policy costing $4,000+ expecting and believing I had maximum dwelling and content coverage boasted on pages 1-7 of my 2024-2025 policy I got from the Farmers Insurance claim website.
After 11+ weeks of optimistic hotel waiting, the Farmers' pre-litigation attorney called to tell me, “all the information indicates there is no coverage/."
I told him, "I’m so disappointed and disillusioned with Farmers. I trusted them for 25 years. I'm a nurse. I don’t make boatloads of money. This was my biggest asset and I protected it. And I trusted Farmers to help me protect it. I am ashamed of you, And you should be ashamed."
