Hello.  I’m Pamela Jane Nye, and thank you for being here.

        On January 8, 2025, the Palisades wildfire destroyed my home, its contents, and the office and studio supporting my nonprofit’s tuition-free nurse education.

        After 25 years with Farmers Insurance, I discovered that the homeowners protection I believed I had purchased was not the protection my insurers recognized when I needed it most.

        This website presents documents and my account of the actions and omissions involving Farmers management, two independent Farmers agents, and the California FAIR Plan that I believe contributed to my denied claims.

        As an alternative to a one Judge and twelve Jurors, I’ve chosen the "Courtroom-to-TikTok" public-participation approach believing the results are more influential coming from millions of caring, evidence-examining people that one Judge and twelve Jurors.
